Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase from Bonsai Boy for any reason, we would like you to notify us within 2 days.
Once we receive your goods a member of our team will inspect the goods and determine if a return is accepted.

We do not return good for change of mind.

We personally package all of our orders with the utmost care. However if your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with evidence of the damage and we will investigate.
We would like to assure you that you are protected for damaged goods during transit for your assurance.
- Refunds
Your refund may take a couple of days to process from your bank, if you haven't received it within this time frame please contact us directly to query this.
